SHIPPING POLICY

    1. This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Vaaps Delight Platform.
    2. We provide shipping and delivery of our Products across cities in India where we run our operations, within the locations we deliver. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by tying-up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that you have ordered from the Vaaps Delight Platform. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.
    3. By agreeing to use the Vaaps Delight Platform and/ or purchasing a Product on the Vaaps Delight Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Vaaps Delight Platform. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Vaaps Delight Platform.
  2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
    1. Once you place an order on the Vaaps Delight Platform, we auto process such order in the cart at 12:00 am subject to availability of sufficient balance in the Vaaps Delight Wallet. We aim to provide no contact delivery at your doorstep without ringing the doorbell/knocking on your door, and we try to deliver the order within 1 day from the date of order of the Product by you on the Vaaps Delight Platform. We may also share details about your orders pursuant to their dispatch through any means of communication (means/mode, including but not limited to, by push notification on the platform SMS on registered mobile number, email on the registered email address, IVR, call or manual call, as the case may be). You agree and understand that though we effectuate Product delivery to the Users either directly ourselves or through our third-party services providers ( “Logistics Partners” ). Under exceptional circumstances/ on choice of customer, Vaaps Delight may contact you before delivery, as the case may be.
    2. You agree and understand that though we endeavour to ship and deliver our Products to cities in India where we are present, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of regions which are unserviceable for delivery of Products, wherein the platform does not allow the user to place orders. We or our Logistic Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on the Vaaps Delight Platform in such cases. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify such user at the time of registration/placing an order for purchase of Products on the Vaaps Delight Platform. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant delivery address, on the Vaaps Delight Platform.
    3. You agree and acknowledge that to effectuate timely delivery of the purchased Products to you we may inquire or collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the Vaaps Delight Platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. You understand that you shall bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the purchased Products due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient and accurate information at the time of placing the order. It is further clarified that we shall not be liable in any manner and at any point in time due to your failure to provide correct and complete information.
    4. While we make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:
      • Logistical issues beyond our control;
      • Unsuitable weather conditions;
      • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.;
      • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.;
      • Other unforeseeable circumstances.
    5. In such events of delay, we shall make reasonable attempt to inform you by push notification or SMS or call or email. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the Vaaps Delight Platform. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.
    6. We endeavour to engage Logistic Partners, employees, agents with the highest regard for ethics and integrity, and behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good mannerism. You agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive. Since we are merely facilitating delivery of a Product purchased by you, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel and/ or the Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of Product, time taken to deliver the Product, Product package tampering, etc. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by our delivery executives or the employees, agents, personnel of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control and any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, personnel of the Logistic Partner will have to be resolved by you, independently. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the Products to you.
    7. Return of purchased Products are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. On receipt of request for return of Product on the Vaaps Delight Platform and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-Logistics Partners may get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased Products from you. We process returns and exchanges of purchased Products in accordance with our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
    8. You are required to leave a re-usable bag outside the door at a secure place for us to deliver the products in it. If the bag is not available outside or if the number of items is too high to fit into the bag, we shall leave the items at your doorstep. To assist you with this requirement, we may provide a re-usable bag free
    9. As we aim to provide no contact delivery at your doorstep without ringing the door-bell/knocking on your door to ensure you are not disturbed, we do not take responsibility for any damage or defect to the Products to the extent such damage or defect occurs after the delivery of the Product including but not limited to any damage or defect which is a result of poor handling, improper care, or storage of the Product. We at our sole discretion reserve the right to refuse the return of such Products. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding.

SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the order would be cancelled before 11.59 PM of the same day. cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated and we have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery.

We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that quality of the product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported on the same day of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service on the same day of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any refunds approved by the company, it will take 2 days for the refund to be processed to you in your wallet.

RETURN POLICY

We offer refund within 1 day of your purchase, After that you will not be offered return, or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return.

The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

The item must have original packaging.

if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return Further, if such items are found defective or damaged.

Fresh items and Dairy Products will not accepted for return (Refund would be processed in case of defective product or quality issue.

If you need to place a return request for an eligible products/items mailto:customersupport@vaapsdelight.com You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned. Further. If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, Your request(return) will be processed accordance with our policy.
